We are also a NASSCOM Showcase Start-Up. \nSkill Set:* A high-energy personality, a desire to deliver world-class work, and an ability to work long hours are essential survival tools in a startup environment. * This is an excellent opportunity for those who are very good at what they do, are ambitious, disciplined, workaholics and self-motivated. Login:Ideally, you are expected to log in eight hours every day, six days a week, with the flexibility to choose your hours. You can log in for less / more on a day-to-day basis, and excess hours will be banked. \n\nYou are expected to log in 1248 hours for this internship over six months. (longer, if your daily login is less than 8 hours or you have taken leave). One month will be deemed completed on login of approx. 200 hours. \n\nPost internship, eligible candidates will be receiving offers on mutually acceptable terms.\n\nTimings:Flexible, need not be in one stretch. \n\nNote:The internship duration will get extended if you take off for exams/emergencies. Call candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads. 5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g., employment forms and contact information) 6. Maintain payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts. 7. Collate and populate data of leads, contacts, and potential opportunities into Zoho recruit. 8. Set and follow up on tasks/events/opportunities in Zoho One. 9. Proofread HR documents. 10. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects. 11.
