While there is a possibility of conversion to a regular, full-time role based on individual performance, business conditions, and organizational needs, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial assignment.\nTherma is seeking a detail-oriented individual who possesses the ability to multi-task to provide support regarding controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.\nCompensation: $35-$40, depending on experience\nA successful candidate should possess the ability to:Develop relationships and communicate across all company functions;\nProperly prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines\nSee challenges as opportunities to make improvements and develop a team;\nBe detail-oriented and deadline/results/accuracy driven\nHave a controls and risk-based mind set while executing daily, monthly, quarterly tasks\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nReceives, codes, and processes vendor invoices; matches purchase order receipts to invoices.\nOn a weekly basis, reviews invoices scheduled for payment and special check requests with AP Manager.\nReconciles monthly vendor statements to the general ledger and accounting system.\nMaintains monthly recurring invoices and payments.\nQualifications\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable.\nConstruction experience preferred.\nWell-developed financial analysis capabilities to support reporting and Company objectives.\nGreat analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong time management, organizational skills and adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines; ability to adapt to change.\nProven ability to quality deliver results in high stress situations.\nStrong analytical and mathematical ability.\nProblem solver with excellent follow-up and customer service skills.\nTeam player with excellent communication skills including the ability to develop relationships.\nProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
