The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and navigate the challenges of project management in a fast-paced environment. They will also be instrumental in identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and promoting a culture of safety and quality in all aspects of project execution. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and committed to achieving excellence in all project deliverables while developing strong teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.\nResponsibilities\nLeading and guiding the Project Team to achieve successful project completion by collaborating with TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.\nCompiling and presenting an accurate monthly budget reconciliation to the executive management team.\nEnsuring the organization remains aligned with the established baseline schedule.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.\nDelivering regular updates on progress and project status to TEi stakeholders as well as the client.\nActing as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.\nOverseeing the change order process to verify alterations in scope and enhance revenue generation.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.\n5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of successful project completion.\n3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.\nIndustry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.\nProficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling. \nTo provide greater transparency to candidates, we include base pay ranges for all US-based job postings that encompass all potential locations and levels for the open positions. Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry.
