This role is responsible for setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting thermal systems and components used in product development and validation.\nThis position is ideal for someone with strong field experience in refrigeration, hydronic systems, and electrical power who is comfortable working in a lab environment where systems are frequently built, modified, and tested.\nThermal Works values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations. Are you ready to join the journey?\nKey Responsibilities\nInclude but are not limited to:\nSet up, operate, and modify thermal system test loops\nPerform hands-on testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting\nSupport development and execution of test procedures\nCollect and validate performance data (temperature, flow, pressure, power)\nIdentify issues and support root cause analysis\nAssist with system improvements and design feedback\nMaintain lab equipment and testing infrastructure\nEnsure safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with applicable regulations\nQualifications\nRequired:\nEPA certification (or equivalent) for refrigerant handling\nStrong hands-on experience with refrigeration systems\nExperience with hydronic systems (pumps, valves, glycol/water systems)\nWorking knowledge of electrical systems (single- and three-phase power)\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs\nProven troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systems\nPreferred:\nExperience in lab testing or product development environments\nFamiliarity with controls, sensors, and instrumentation\nHVAC/R technical training or equivalent experience\nEnjoy…\n A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.\n A flexible, autonomous work environment.\n A culture of respect, learning, and excellence.\n Experienced, highly talented experts as team peers.\n Growth and travel opportunities.\n A team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet.\nAbout Our Parent Company, Endeavour Energy\nEndeavour is the main hub-a self-sustaining incubation platform for innovation-within a larger ecosystem focused on sustainable infrastructure.
