The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and executing the master production schedule, and will have experience in project development. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing engineers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meet rapidly evolving production demands.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule.\nDesign, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.\nCollaborate with manufacturing engineers to integrate new machinery and technologies into production lines.\nAssist in development of production schedule processes to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.\nImplement level loading strategies to balance workloads and maximize throughput.\nConduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.\nLead initiatives to scale production volumes rapidly while maintaining quality and efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\nUtilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a startup setting.\nProficiency in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows.\nExperience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and level loading techniques.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience with integrating new machinery and technologies into manufacturing processes.\nKnowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and additive manufacturing.\nProficiency in using manufacturing software tools for scheduling and process
