The position supports strategic initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Revenue Commitment, Commercial Analytics, Forecasting, Pricing, and other Finance-related workstreams.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and project leaders to transform complex business requirements into robust reporting, analytics, and data solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting Finance and Commercial Analytics initiatives.\nDevelop semantic models, datasets, and reusable reporting assets to improve consistency and scalability.\nCreate intuitive visualizations that communicate business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.\nOptimize report performance and usability through data modeling, DAX development, and dashboard design best practices.\nSupport user acceptance testing, deployment, enhancement requests, and ongoing production support.\nData Engineering & Data Management\nDevelop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines, transformations, and reporting tables.\nSupport data integration activities across multiple enterprise systems and data sources.\nDesign and maintain scalable datasets that support analytical and reporting requirements.\nAssist with data quality monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for data structures, transformations, and reporting logic.\nPartner with IT and analytics teams to improve data reliability, refresh performance, and automation.\nAnalytics & Business Support\nSupport forecasting, revenue analysis, pricing analytics, and commercial performance reporting.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop automated reporting processes that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making speed.\nSupport scenario analysis, trend identification, and business performance monitoring.\nAssist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics techniques to improve efficiency and insight generation.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Analytics stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.\nParticipate in project planning, requirements gathering, and solution design discussions.\nProvide technical support and knowledge transfer to business users and fellow team members.\nCollaborate with project managers and analytics leaders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\nContinuous Improvement\nApply PPI and continuous improvement principles to reporting, analytics, and data management processes.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate recurring activities, and improve data accessibility.\nSupport ongoing modernization of analytics platforms, reporting capabilities, and data architecture.\nContribute to the adoption of AI and digital tools that improve productivity and business outcomes.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field required.\n3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data engineering.\nExperience supporting Finance, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or related business functions preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nBusiness Intelligence\nStrong Power BI experience including:\n· Data modeling\n· DAX\n· Power Query\n· Dashboard development\n· Report optimization\nExperience developing and maintaining semantic models and enterprise reporting solutions.\nData & Engineering\nStrong SQL skills with experience developing queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets.\nExperience working with relational databases and data warehouse environments.\nExperience developing and supporting ETL processes.\nFamiliarity with Databricks, Spark, or modern cloud-based analytics platforms preferred.\nExperience with Power Automate and reporting process automation is a plus.\nAnalytics\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting forecasting, business performance analysis, or operational reporting.\nAbility to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within large datasets.\nExposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI technologies
