and validate your code directly on real microscopes.\nInvestigate, debug, and resolve issues within an existing, complex codebase.\nTackle challenging technical problems and develop innovative, practical solutions.\nCollaborate with experienced software engineers in Brno and the USA, as well as experts from other engineering and scientific disciplines.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of software quality, reliability, and performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional software development experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience in a commercial environment.\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.\nStrong proficiency in modern C++.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.\nExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with version control systems such as Git.\nAbility to understand and translate complex technical and scientific requirements into software solutions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nGood written and spoken English.\nNice to Have\nExperience developing software for hardware control or hardware-integrated systems.\nWhat We
