The role will support the effective establishment, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s safety and health management system.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport compliance with applicable Korean EHS laws and regulations, including the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.\nSupport the establishment, implementation, and ongoing management of the safety and health management system required under SAPA.\nMonitor compliance with applicable EHS legal requirements and internal company standards and maintain related documentation.\nSupport workplace hazard identification and Risk Assessment activities.\nConduct routine and ad-hoc EHS workplace inspections and follow up on identified corrective actions.\nPrepare, maintain, and manage EHS data, records, and legally required documentation.\nSupport incident and Near Miss investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nTrack and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\nSupport the development and delivery of EHS training programs and materials for employees.\nSupport internal and external EHS audits and regulatory inspections.\nMonitor and report EHS performance metrics and regulatory compliance status.\nCollaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders, including EHS, business units, Facilities, Logistics, and HR.\nSupport initiatives to strengthen the company’s safety culture and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.\nThis is an entry-level position open to candidates without prior professional EHS experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop as an EHS professional through structured learning and hands-on experience.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree or higher; prior professional EHS experience is not required, and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.\nMust hold a Korean national technical qualification related to EHS, such as Industrial Safety Engineer (산업안전기사) or Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer (산업위생관리기사).\nPreferred fields of study: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical disciplines.\nBasic knowledge and understanding of EHS and occupational health and safety principles.\nAbility to learn and apply applicable Korean EHS laws and regulations, including SAPA and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.\nBasic understanding of workplace hazard identification and risk assessment principles.\nAbility to support workplace safety inspections and follow up on identified corrective actions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong attention to detail and effective record-management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively and prepare basic business documents in English.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through effective collaboration.\nDemonstrated commitment to building a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nInternship, academic project, or practical experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or another EHS-related field.\nKnowledge of applicable Korean EHS laws and regulations, including SAPA and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.\nExperience or exposure to risk assessments, workplace safety inspections, EHS audits, or regulatory compliance activities.\nExperience or exposure to incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nExperience developing EHS training materials or delivering EHS training programs.\nStrong English communication skills in a business
