reliably.\nYour work will help deliver dependable scientific products that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.\nKey responsibilities\nTranslate hardware and system requirements into test strategies, protocols, acceptance criteria, and traceable test cases.\nDevelop and execute verification tests for instrument hardware, electromechanical assemblies, and automation systems.\nCreate or improve test fixtures, measurement setups, and automated test tools.\nCoordinate with design engineers to confirm testability, review test methods, and resolve gaps between requirements and test coverage.\nAnalyze test results, investigate failures, document defects, and work with engineering teams to identify root causes and verify corrective actions.\nEvaluate product performance, reliability, and robustness using appropriate statistical and failure-analysis methods.\nMaintain accurate test records, requirements traceability, protocols, and reports in accordance with applicable procedures.\nSupport design reviews, risk assessments, design changes, and product development milestones.\nWork within cross-functional teams and communicate progress, risks, and test results to project stakeholders.\nContribute to improvements in test methods, automation, and engineering practices.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, bioengineering, biomedical laboratory science, or a related technical field with at least two years of relevant testing experience.\nExperience planning, documenting, and executing hardware, software, or system tests.\nStrong technical writing skills, including the ability to prepare test protocols and reports.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience testing laboratory instruments, analytical equipment, or automation systems.\nExperience in a regulated product-development environment, such as IVD or medical devices.\nExperience with reliability testing, statistical analysis, or failure analysis.\nExperience developing test fixtures or automated test systems.\nExperience with engineering test-management or automation tools.\nKnowledge of design verification and validation methods and relevant quality-system
