You’ll guide engineering projects from concept through implementation while supporting the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of equipment, facilities, and systems. You’ll oversee maintenance and calibration activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and calibration programs. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll align technical and operational priorities with customer needs and business goals, promote continuous improvement, and develop the capabilities of your teams.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nAdvanced degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience\nPreferred fields of study: Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field\nDemonstrated experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical initiatives\nStrong technical background in a relevant engineering discipline\nExperience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budgets\nFamiliarity with maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and preventive and corrective maintenance\nFamiliarity with calibration programs, calibration schedules, and measurement equipment\nUnderstanding of change control, documentation, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements\nKnowledge of GMP/GxP environments preferred for pharmaceutical roles\nAbility to set priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment\nStrong people leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, and talent development\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels\nDemonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities\nExperience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and engineering best practices\nCommitment to safety, product quality, and customer needs\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on support for the
