colleagues.\n\nParticipate in training and orienting new software engineers as they join the team.\n\nCandidate Requirement: Education & Experience levels:\nBachelors of Engineering/Computer Science or master's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of overall Experience.\nSkills Knowledge & Experience:\n10+ years of overall experience or played a technical leadership role recently.\n\nProven track record in developing and building scalable, cost-efficient applications with Java based web applications.\n\n3 + years of experience in building customer centric distributed software.\n\n2+ years of experience leading a development team in an Agile/SCRUM setting, with proven ability in project/task estimation, delegation, and management.\n\n2+ years of experience in people management.\n\nVery comfortable and experienced with designing object-oriented software and services deployed in a client server or (preferably) cloud setting.\n\nData modelling, design and database programming using a variety of relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, SQL).\n\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams.\n\nA highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and “resolve needs determining.\n\nAble to build deeper and meaningful relationship with team members, be a coach and mentor for their career path, could articulate clearly thoughts and able lead team from the
