You'll advance strategic initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring successful delivery of innovative products and solutions. Guide project teams through our stage-gate Product Commercialization Process, managing scope, schedule, budget and risk while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across matrix organizations. Support data-driven decisions, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to advance research, address complex scientific challenges, and support breakthrough discoveries in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics.\nREQUIREMENTS\nAdvanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical device product development\nPreferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline\nPMP certification preferred\nSix Sigma certification a plus\n3+ years technical project/program management experience leading complex initiatives\nDemonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools and best practices\nStrong understanding of stage-gate product development processes and quality management systems\nExperience managing program budgets, timelines, resources and stakeholder communications\nExcellent team leadership abilities with proven success in collaborative environments\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making\nAbility to build and maintain effective relationships in a matrix environment\nKnowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)\nStrong organizational and time management skills managing multiple concurrent projects\nTravel up to 15% may be required\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in professional
