RESPONSIBILITIES:\n大規模なラボ・研究機器移設プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント、およびスケジュール、売上、コスト、マージン、リソース、リスク、スコープの統合管理\n顧客、社内チーム、輸送会社、機器メーカー、サービスベンダー等とのステークホルダーマネジメント、および社内関連部門と連携したプロジェクト運営\n搬出、輸送、搬入、据付、再稼働を含む移設計画の策定、進捗管理および関係者との調整\nプロジェクトレビュー、進捗報告、課題管理、および問題発生時のエスカレーション・解決に向けたアクションのリード\nLessons Learnedの整理、プロセスの標準化・継続的改善、および将来の新規移設案件におけるプロジェクトプランニング・提案活動の支援\nREQUIREMENTS:\n大学卒業以上、または同等の実務経験、および5年以上を目安としたプロジェクトマネジメント経験または同等の複雑なプロジェクト管理経験\n複数の社内外ステークホルダーを伴うプロジェクトにおける、スケジュール、コスト、リソース、リスク等の管理経験\n予算、売上、コスト等を含むプロジェクト財務管理の経験または基本的な理解\n複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み、課題解決まで推進できる高いコミュニケーション、コーディネーションおよび問題解決能力\n変化の多い環境で複数の優先事項を管理し、自律的に業務を推進できる能力\n日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力\nPREFERRED
