platforms, engineering, product, business stakeholders, and vendors.\nThe role will create a scalable foundation that can eventually support a broader enterprise AI portfolio.\nCore responsibilities\nEstablish the program operating model \nFacilitate agreement on, document, and maintain governance, decision rights, working forums, intake processes, and escalation paths, \n\nCreate a consistent operating rhythm across participating teams. \n\nEstablish a framework that can scale from a single strategic AI platform to a broader portfolio of AI tools and capabilities. \n\nCreate roadmap and prioritization transparency \nCoordinate execution of agreed priorities, cross-team dependencies, and delivery risks. \n\nPartner with product, platform, and engineering leaders to support roadmap alignment and prioritization. \n\nBring business needs and stakeholder feedback into planning discussions. \n\nDesign roadmap practices that can eventually accommodate multiple AI platforms \n\nStrengthen business and leadership relations \nBuild trusted relationships with business stakeholders and represent the AI program clearly. \n\nImprove visibility into what is available, what is planned, and how stakeholders can engage. \n\nPrepare clear updates, roadmaps, showcases, and executive communications. \n\nServe as a consistent connection point between functional teams, the business, PMO, and senior leadership. \n\nEstablish metrics and reporting \nDefine a focused set of standard metrics covering delivery health, adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, risk, and business value. \n\nEstablish reporting cadences for working teams, the PMO, and senior leadership. \n\nCreate a consistent reporting framework that can expand as additional AI platforms and capabilities are introduced. \n\nUse metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and recommend adjustments. \n\nSuccess measures\nSuccess will be demonstrated by:\nA clear and consistently used AI program operating model. \nVisible and aligned roadmaps across product, platform, engineering, and adoption. \nStronger business stakeholder relationships and satisfaction. \nConsistent reporting into the PMO and senior leadership. \nImproved visibility into risks, dependencies, priorities, and decisions. \nA scalable framework for incorporating additional AI platforms over time. \nClearer evidence of adoption and business value across the AI portfolio. \nSoft skills\nBuilds trust across technical, business, and leadership teams. \nCommunicates clearly and simplifies complex topics. \nFacilitates alignment and influences without direct authority. \nCreates structure in ambiguous environments. \nDemonstrates strong judgment, collaboration, and follow-through. \nAdapts quickly in a changing AI landscape. \nMinimum experience\n8+ years in program management, technical project management, product management, or a related field. \nExperience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. \nExperience with AI, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
