internal web-based business application similar in architecture and complexity to our existing tools\nThe developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into a maintainable and user-friendly application, including frontend development, integration with backend APIs, data handling, testing, and deployment support.\nScope of Work\nThe application is expected to include functionality such as:\nInteractive web-based user interface for business users\nMultiple functional views/modules based on business processes\nDisplay of structured business data in dynamic tables/matrices\nFiltering and selection of data based on multiple criteria\nViewing and comparing different versions/scenarios of data\nEditing selected data directly through the application\nForms/dialogs for creating and updating records\nUser access and role-based functionality\nAdministrative functionality\nIntegration with backend APIs and enterprise data sources\nValidation, error handling, loading states, and appropriate user feedback\nResponsive and maintainable UI components\nThe developer will work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and progressively deliver the application.\nExpected Technical Profile\nFrontend\nAt least 5 years of experience with React development\nStrong TypeScript / JavaScript skills\nExperience building reusable React components\nExperience with complex tables, forms, filters, dialogs, and data-driven interfaces\nExperience consuming REST APIs\nExperience with modern React state and server-state management\nKnowledge of UI component libraries such as Material UI (MUI)\nBackend / Integration\nThe candidate should also have experience with:\nDesigning and consuming REST APIs\nBackend application development ( .Net)\nDatabase integration and data modelling (SQL Knowledge)\nAuthentication and authorization (SSO)\nIntegration with enterprise data sources\nError handling, logging, and application security\nOther\nExperience with Python and AI integration (working with agents, LLM) is a plus.\nExperience with the organization's standard backend/cloud technology stack would be preferred.\nDevelopment Responsibilities\nThe developer will be expected to:\nUnderstand and challenge/refine business and functional requirements.\nPropose an appropriate technical design.\nDevelop reusable frontend components and application screens.\nDevelop or integrate the required backend APIs.\nImplement data retrieval and update workflows.\nImplement appropriate user access controls.\nWrite clean, documented, maintainable, and testable code.\nPerform unit/integration testing and support business/UAT testing.\nResolve defects identified during testing.\nSupport deployment and transition of the application into production.\nProvide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.\nDesired Developer Profile\nWe are looking for a mid-to-senior Full-Stack Developer, ideally with experience developing internal enterprise applications involving significant business logic and data manipulation.\nThe developer should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders where requirements may initially be high-level and need to be translated into detailed technical requirements.\nExperience with planning, supply chain,
