You'll oversee software solutions that enable research in vaccine development, semiconductor advancement, and materials science. Leading a team of 4-8 engineers, you'll ensure technical excellence while fostering an innovative and collaborative environment. Your role will be crucial in developing and maintaining software that controls microscope components, from electron beam optics to image acquisition and detection systems.\nYou'll coordinate with teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and development practices. You'll implement Agile methodologies, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high quality standards.
