These instruments help save lives by making viruses and materials visible at the nanometer level.\nAbout the Role and Work Environment\nOur electron microscopes take 6 to 9 months to produce. As an assembler, you will be responsible for one or more steps in the production process. You will receive all the training necessary to perform your tasks correctly and efficiently. You will be paired with a buddy who will guide you and help you get settled in. Thermo Fisher regularly organizes informal activities, giving you the chance to connect with colleagues across departments.\nA Day in the Life:\nYou will work day shifts, starting between 07:00 and 09:00 AM. After a quick break to get settled, you’ll change into your cleanroom suit and enter the cleanroom.\nYou will have a daily whiteboard meeting with your team, where, under the guidance of your supervisor, you’ll discuss the schedule, any potential issues, and any questions.\nYou collaborate within a diverse team of 15-20 people.\nYou are proactively identifying and resolving system issues, working alongside your colleagues, troubleshooters, and operations engineers.\nEducation:\nMBO level 3 or 4 diploma (Vocational- or Secondary Vocational Education).\nCareer Path:\nAre you looking to grow in the technology field?
