In this strategic leadership role, you'll guide complex, multi-disciplinary programs across our organization, from concept through commercialization. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.\nWorking closely with R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other key stakeholders, you'll oversee program execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate successful product launches. You'll establish and maintain program governance, manage budgets and resources, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your strategic approach and leadership will be essential in delivering breakthrough technologies and solutions that advance scientific discovery.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with accomplished professionals across our organization. You'll have significant influence in shaping product roadmaps and advancing innovation in areas ranging from life sciences research to semiconductor manufacturing.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nAdvanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in program management in complex technical environments\nPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related technical field\nPMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred\nProven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception through delivery\nExperience managing complex budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects\nStrong technical acumen with demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex concepts\nExcellence in stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority\nExpertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Critical Chain, Stage Gate)\nProven leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing team members\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nExperience with risk management and mitigation strategies\nAbility to build consensus and navigate matrix organizations effectively\nProficiency with project management tools and software\nWillingness to travel up to 30% as required\nStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards\nExperience in relevant industry sector (life sciences, semiconductors, or similar)\nDemonstrated track record of delivering programs on time and within budget\nAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously\nExperience working with global, geographically dispersed
