This includes but is not limited to managing releases, troubleshooting issues and managing application documentation.\nProvides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for moderately complex technical information system components.\nEssential Functions and Other Job Information:\nDevelops cost and resource estimates for projects.\nProvides recommendations on database design.\nDevelops and codes system components according to specifications.\nPrepares and approves system documentation, including requirements document, specification document, test plans and user manuals.\nPerforms unit and system tests and, as needed, validation testing.\nCoordinates with Operations staff on deployment of applications.\nCollaborates with other IT groups to include support and deployment of product.\nProvides guidance to junior staff and contract labor in executing systems development responsibilities.\nWorks with business partners to analyze and address support requests.\nEnsures all activities are performed with quality and compliance.\nQualifications:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification\nPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nClient focused approach with strong interpersonal skills \nMust be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail \nExcellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies, REST services \nExcellent knowledge of basic relational database platforms \nFamiliarity with the following systems & skills preferred: Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Web App, Azure Function App, Azure DevOps, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Project Management \nStrong logic, analysis, and problem solving skills \nWorking conditions\nLong, varied hours required occasionally.\nRequired to participate in on-call rotation.\n Required to work in APAC Shift-2 (1 PM IST -
