Responsibilities\nEnsure adherence to CSLM lifecycle processes, development standards, quality requirements, and relevant tools throughout the application lifecycle.\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain system components in accordance with business requirements, technical specifications, and coding standards.\nWrite efficient, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code while following established software engineering best practices.\nConduct and participate in code reviews, code refactoring, and continuous improvement activities to enhance system quality and maintainability.\nTroubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents using structured problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis techniques.\nPerform unit, system, and validation testing as required, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, quality, and compliance expectations.\nWork closely with Application Managers, business partners, Operations, and other IT teams on application maintenance, support, deployment, and enhancement activities.\nAnalyze existing applications and technology stacks to identify opportunities for modernization, performance improvement, and adoption of newer technologies.\nStay current with emerging technologies, including Microsoft Azure, cloud-based architecture, automation, and applied AI capabilities.\nSupport the integration of AI-enabled features such as intelligent workflows, automation, APIs, pre-built AI services, and data-driven insights where appropriate.\nReview system architecture and application composition, and provide recommendations on system design, database design, scalability, performance, and technical improvements.\nPrepare, review, and maintain system documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, design documents, test plans, deployment documentation, and user/support manuals.\nDevelop technical effort, cost, and resource estimates and provide input into project planning, dependencies, risks, and implementation activities.\nMentor and guide Associate Developers and junior resources through hands-on coaching, code reviews, knowledge sharing, troubleshooting support, and development best practices.\nEnsure all development, testing, deployment, support, and documentation activities are completed with appropriate quality, security, compliance, and operational readiness.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nProficient hands-on experience with C# and the .NET platform, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and application development principles.\nStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, logic, analysis, and problem-solving techniques.\nSkilled in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL, including database querying, data manipulation, and understanding of relational database concepts.\nProficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with MVC and DOM concepts, along with exposure to Node.js, AngularJS, and NPM.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment practices, and cloud technologies, with exposure to Microsoft Azure preferred.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps for planning, development, testing, and delivery activities.\nExposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts and their application within enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with integrating AI services and APIs, such as Azure AI/Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, or comparable technologies, is preferred.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality while managing multiple tasks and priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and service-oriented approach.\nProven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, build effective working relationships, and contribute to shared objectives.\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving technical environments, and continuously improve technical capabilities.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent (BE, B Tech, ME, M Tech, BCA/MCA, BSC/M Sc)\n6-8 years of experience in systems development, implementation, and support roles
