You will architect, develop, test, and maintain high-quality features for our native Android/iOS applications (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile), focusing on efficient UI implementation, state management, and robust data integration.\nDrive Mobile Architecture. You will design and implement technical architectures, focusing on best practices for performance tuning, offline/online capabilities, and stability in our mobile applications.\nLead Integration Efforts. You will collaborate closely with backend and platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable integration of mobile features and complex API interactions.\nTake End-to-End Ownership. You will take full ownership of large-scale projects and epics from definition to deployment, translating complex business requirements into robust technical implementation plans.\nSpearhead AI Implementation. You will design, implement, and support scalable patterns for integrating pre-defined LLM services and AI-native features into the mobile application codebase.\nElevate Development Practice. You will champion the improvement of mobile development workflows, lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.\nAnd recognise yourself here\nExperienced: You have 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile development within a fast-paced, high-scale product environment.\nMobile and Growth Mindset.
