and responsibilities :\n\n- Gathering and documenting business requirements for data quality monitoring use cases.\n\n- Support triage, prioritisation and remediation of data quality incidents.\n\n- Support maintenance and adoption of the enterprise data catalogue.\n\n- Identify the key internal stakeholder groups and build successful working relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to triaging, prioritising and fixing data quality incidents.\n\n- Manage internal communications, ensuring all internal stakeholders are informed and consulted as appropriate on items of relevance through the lifecycle of data quality initiatives.\n\n- Understanding the existing databases and data sources across all relevant functional areas, and scoping solutions to fix data quality issues.\n\n- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation for data quality use cases, and data quality reports for approval by data owners and stewards.\n\n- Working closely with the Agile Technology teams (product owners, data engineers and product managers) to ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Leading, contributing and collaborating on ways to improve ways of working, identifying gaps across processes or artefacts and escalate for progression, discussion, and development.\n\n- Developing Data and AI governance standard operating procedures for data quality and data cataloguing.\n\n- Supporting data governance framework through audit, risk and compliance requests.\n\n- Measuring data quality KPIs and driving business value.\n\n- Assisting with the implementation of policies and standards across Aer Lingus.\n\nKey Requirements :\n\n- 3+ years of experience in data quality analysis, data management, or a related field.\n\n- 2+ years of experience with SQL and database technologies, with the ability to query and analyse data sets.\n\n- Prior knowledge of data governance programmes and/or data quality improvement programmes is essential.\n\n- Prior knowledge of Data Observability / Data Quality Tools (Monte Carlo, Soda, Informatica, etc) is essential.\n\n- Prior knowledge of Data Catalogues (e.g. Atlan, Collibra, Purview, Databricks Unity) is essential.\n\n- Prior knowledge in the following tools, including Power BI, Atlan, Monte Carlo, Snowflake, and Databricks.\n\n- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Project, Visio, Word & PowerPoint.\n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.\n\n- Familiarity with AI prompt optimization techniques is an advantage.\n\n- Experience in tracking developments in Confluence/JIRA is highly beneficial.\n\n- Prior experience of agile delivery is desirable.\n\n- Prior experience driving process improvements in finance, customer-facing, or operational environments is desirable.\n\n- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to present facts clearly and objectively.\n\n- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\n- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective working relationships at all levels
