Description :\n\nRoles and responsibilities :\n\n- Owning end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives across product platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.\n\n- Partnering closely with Product Managers to translate roadmaps and priorities into executable delivery plans.\n\n- Managing sprint planning, delivery cadence, releases, and dependencies across cross-functional teams in an agile environment.\n\n- Ensuring effective backlog readiness by working with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to clarify scope, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Identifying, tracking, and mitigating delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies, escalating proactively where required.\n\n- Coordinating with internal and external development teams and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality standards.\n\n- Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes, agile practices, and team ways of working.\n\n- Monitoring delivery metrics, velocity, capacity, and throughput to provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.\n\n- Ensuring all delivery-related documentation, plans, and status reports are accurate, transparent, and up to date.\n\n- Supporting QA and release activities, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and go-live readiness.\n\n- Acting as a servant leader for delivery teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.\n\n- Working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with broader organisational objectives.\n\n- Championing agile delivery best practices and helping evolve delivery frameworks across the organisation.\n\nKey Requirements :\n\n- 8+ years of experience working in agile / scrum delivery environments.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with delivery and agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.\n\n- Scrum certified (PSM or CSM).\n\n- Experience and knowledge of at least one of the following: Scrum, XP, Kanban.\n\n- Strong experience with the Software Development Lifecycle within the scope of web applications or software products, preferably within B2B or subscription-based businesses.\n\n- Proven experience managing cross-functional, distributed, and remote teams.\n\n- Solid understanding of agile delivery concepts, including MVPs, incremental delivery, backlog refinement, and release planning.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across varying seniority levels.\n\n- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.\n\n- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\n- Experience working with external vendors and third-party development partners.\n\n- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
