By partnering with product, technology, and business leaders, this individual will enable teams to apply Agile principles and delivery practices pragmatically to achieve organizational objectives while driving consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple product teams.\nWhat are the responsibilities and opportunities of this role?\nProvides day-to-day leadership, coaching, performance management, mentoring, and career development for a team of Agile Delivery Leads while supporting and leading the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.\nEstablishes consistent delivery leadership practices, Agile methodologies, and operational standards across multiple product teams.\nPartners with product management, engineering, architecture, and technology leadership to align delivery execution with strategic priorities, product roadmaps, and organizational objectives.\nProvides oversight of delivery health across assigned product portfolios by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and opportunities for improvement.\nFosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and servant leadership throughout the product delivery organization.\nEnsures Agile delivery leads effectively facilitate planning, execution, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement within their assigned teams.\nSupports capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization across multiple delivery teams in partnership with technology leadership.\nMonitors delivery metrics, team performance indicators, and organizational health measures to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelops scalable delivery processes that promote predictability, transparency, quality, and efficient execution.\nCollaborates with functional leaders to resolve cross-team issues, organizational impediments, and competing priorities impacting delivery outcomes.\nBuilds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders while ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.\nConsistently acts according to our customer experience standards, including responding quickly, maintaining a positive attitude, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing customer expectations, using the appropriate communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure customer issues are resolved.\nPerforms special projects and other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nWhat are the must-have qualifications for a candidate?\nSeven-plus years of experience leading technology delivery, Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or related technology leadership functions.\nPrevious experience leading, coaching, or mentoring technical or delivery professionals.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.\nExperience working within Agile frameworks in technology organizations.\nProven ability to build collaborative relationships with business and technology stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nStrong people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build high-performing, engaged teams.\nExcellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to influence without direct authority across cross-functional organizations.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery frameworks, product operating models, and technology delivery practices.\nExperience with Agile planning and work management tools.\nProficient use of Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software.\nBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.\nWhat will our ideal candidate have?\nExperience leading Agile delivery leads, scrum masters, delivery managers, or similar delivery leadership roles.\nExperience supporting product-centric operating models and digital transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement principles.\nExperience within the property-and-casualty insurance industry or another highly regulated environment.\nCompensation overview\nThe targeted hiring range for this role is $120,000-$160,000, annually. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate, as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role.
