Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. \nWhat You’ll Do \nLead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors \nJump in as the first responder when anything technical pops up in the hub \nManage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more \nTrack, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce \nMonitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records \nRegister monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits \nKeep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager \nWhat You’ll Have \nYou have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality \nYou bring strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills \nYou have a hands-on mindset and stay calm when things get messy \nYou bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team \nYou have basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems \nYou speak Dutch, English is a plus \nWhat We Offer \nThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
