This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering instructional content that supports technical proficiency and leadership growth while meeting regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with subject matter experts to create curricula and training materials, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, assessing learner performance, and continuously improving courses based on feedback and industry standards.
