Best practices, architecture and automation are your bread and butter, and you overflow with ideas on how to make things better, yet you are pragmatic and able to prioritise to fit delivery within time and budget.\nThis isn’t your standard technical lead role. You’ll be a high-impact technical lead who moves across engagements to add momentum and help unblock critical issues.\nSkills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako\nEssential experience:\n10+ years delivering software solutions in a commercial environment\nDeep, hands-on experience with the Microsoft C# development stack on .NET\nSignificant development experience utilising Angular 10+, JavaScript/TypeScript\nSignificant development experience with either Flutter or React Native\nSuperb communication skills, oral and written, and ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders\nCustomer-facing experience, ideally in a consultancy environment, both in presales and project-led interactions\nFamiliar with software development best practices and modern architecture patterns\nLeadership experience, running software development squads\nExperience with setting up CI/CD pipelines with build and test automation (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)\nA track record of championing/supporting the adoption of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) in a commercial environment.\nNOTE: Please ensure that any leadership, consulting or customer-facing experience, if any, is clearly highlighted in your resume\nNice to have:\nExperience working in Scrum and Kanban teams\nFamiliar with Python\nWeb development experience using React and other similar frameworks\nRelevant Microsoft certifications\nExperience in non-Microsoft tools and frameworks\nAbout us | Mō mātou\nOur people are awesome problem solvers who love turning tech into real-world solutions.
