a French speaking, Technical Program Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection.\nIn this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, next challenge.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers.\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE).\nOversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models.\nTranslate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.\nPresent project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.\nEnsure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.\nProficiency in Python.\nProficiency in SQL.\nWorking knowledge of AI/ML concepts.\nFluent English (spoken and written).\nFluent Spanish (spoken and written).\nExperience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage).\nExperience with cloud platforms (Advantage).\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage).\nProfessional working proficiency in French (Advantage).\nExperience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).\nProfessional fluency in French and English is
