For more information, please visitthe.team.\n\nJOB OVERVIEW:\nThe Senior Operations Coordinator primarily ensures that the execution of events and projects are properly met by filling orders, warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trailers, traveling to events, building/tearing down structures, and playing an integral role during events. You will work as part of a team to achieve successful set-up and execution of event productions to set procedures and standard practice.\nThis role requires the ability to travel to 25-30 events per year and may require non-standard work hours, based on business needs. You must be organized, punctual, and flexible, as needs may change at a moment’s notice.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nLoad and unload staging equipment, ensuring inventory is retrieved and returned to its proper place in the warehouse\nManage an onsite crew of both contractors, labor and other full time Operations coordinators.\nTraveling to events such as NASCAR, Indycar, golf tournaments, and other activations in the entertainment industry\nOn-site execution at events including hands-on building and tearing down of stage structures and other assets\nAttending daily operations meetings and establish tasks for the day\nOther duties as assigned\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:\n2+ years’ experience in event productions or operations experience\n2+ years’ experience in forklift operating and other heavy machinery or ability to obtain Forklift certification\nGeneral knowledge of construction or fabrication techniques\nSkilled in using basic power tools and wrenches\nSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite\nSkilled in making decisions in a time-critical manner\nSkilled in driving a 26’ box truck and/or pickup truck and trailer\nAbility to obtain DOT medical card\nAbility to work and communicate with different types of personnel (executives, officials, management, supervisors, A/V/L coordinators, clerical personnel, logistics personnel, contract laborers)\nAbility to perform basic math conversions\nAbility to fly on commercial airlines\nMust be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nMust be punctual\nNICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:\nKnowledge of inventory management systems
