For more information, please visitthe.team.\nThe Talent Relations Intern will support the Talent Relations team with day-to-day projects that help create a positive experience for THE TEAM Creators talent. This role will assist with research, organization, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to talent management, partnerships, events, and creator services.\nWhat You’ll Do\nHelp prepare onboarding materials and welcome resources for new talent.\nAssist with organizing onboarding documents and tracking completion of onboarding tasks.\nUpdate internal resources and documents as needed.\nResearch hotels, restaurants, and creative service providers in key markets.\nHelp maintain internal resource lists and partnership trackers.\nAssist with organizing contact information and partnership materials.\nAssist with preparation for talent events and experiences.\nHelp organize guest lists, RSVP tracking, and event materials.\nProvide general administrative support for event planning as needed.\nAssist with updating spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documents.\nConduct research for special projects and team initiatives.\nHelp with scheduling, note-taking, and other administrative tasks.\nSupport cross-functional projects as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills.\nComfortable learning and using Monday.com, Creator IQ, G-Suite platforms and Slack.\nInterest in talent management, entertainment, sports, or the creator economy.\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.\nImportant Information\nMust be able to earn college credit for an internship\nThis internship will run from January 26, 2027 -
