You'll coordinate insurance claims, review coverage, prepare estimates, communicate project updates, and ensure every insurance restoration project moves smoothly from start to finish.\nIf you're organized, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience with insurance restoration or home improvement, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate insurance restoration projects from initial claim through project completion.\nWork directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and Sales Representatives throughout the claims process.\nReview insurance coverage and policy information related to property damage claims.\nPrepare estimates using Xactimate.\nWork with Sales Representatives to prepare supplements and additional documentation when needed.\nSubmit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims and supplements.\nMaintain regular communication with homeowners regarding claim status and project timelines.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers and adjusters.\nReview claim documentation for completeness and accuracy.\nResolve claim-related issues in a timely and professional manner.\nMaintain accurate records within CRM systems.\nMonitor project progress and assist with coordination between Sales, Production, and Customer Service.\nStay current on insurance guidelines, industry best practices, and applicable state and local regulations.\nUnderstand Ohio Residential Code and applicable building requirements.\nAssist leadership with reporting and claim status updates.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nBachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in the home improvement, restoration, roofing, construction, or insurance industry preferred.\nKnowledge of residential property insurance claims, policies, and coverages.\nExperience preparing estimates using Xactimate (Level 1 certification or equivalent experience preferred).\nExperience working with CRM systems.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nMicrosoft Office proficiency.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.\nDependable
