This position is ideal for someone seeking to gain experience in a wide range of corporate accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, journal entries, analysis, and more.\nThis position reports to the Accounting Manager and works closely with the Accounting Team, Management and all TTG divisions.\nWorking from our office in Norristown is required. services company that offers mechanical, energy, water, fire and life safety.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare and manage journal entries, bank reconciliations and account analysis\nAssist with the month end and year end accounting closing process.\nPerform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.\nUtilize a third-party reconciliation tool for reporting to PE Management.\nAssist with intercompany transactions, expense reimbursement, and payroll.\nAssist in monitoring expenditures and performing variance analysis.\nWork performed is in adherence to financial regulations and GAAP.\nWorking with internal and external auditors on requests for information/support and other inquiries.\nWork closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and internal controls.\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nExperience and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of corporate accounting or general ledger experience.\nUnderstanding of US GAAP principles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to travel as needed (approximately 5%).\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\nWork performed primarily in an office environment.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nRegularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.\nOccasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift and carry light office supplies up to ten (10) pounds.\nVisual acuity to read and
