They have a strong technical understanding of writing code in different languages, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. To be a successful Virtus Lead Dev, you should demonstrate great skill in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and possess excellent communication skills.\nResponsibilities + Qualifications:\nAt least 10 years experience in Software Development / 3-5 years of experience in Software Development team leadership and management.\nHighly experienced in Java and Spring Boot\nAbility to design, evaluate, and implement complex solutions to meet client business needs.\nExtensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.\nCapability to allocate resources effectively, including time, budget, and team skills, to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.\nSkilled in identifying potential project risks and implementing preventive measures and contingency plans.\nAbility to set clear goals and objectives that align with the overall business strategy.\nProven track record of building cohesive teams and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.\nStrong decision-making skills under pressure, prioritizing tasks and directing the team accordingly.\nAbility to clearly communicate ideas and technical concepts to business or project stakeholders as well as within the development team.\nComfortable working in and managing teams under high-pressure conditions, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.\nComfortable with live problem solving in workshops, focused on resolution of an issue.\nCreativity in solving complex problems and implementing solutions that are robust and scalable.\nUnderstanding of how development projects fit into larger business objectives and ability to communicate this perspective to the team.\nSkilled in managing expectations and building relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.\n\nAdditional Information:\nPreferred Location: Atlanta, GA\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly.
