Christmas is fast approaching, and with it comes the excitement for all our stores! We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create a festive shopping experience.

At Noel Leeming, we take pride in delivering exceptional in-store service. Our team of Passionate Experts offers personalised advice, live demonstrations, and seamless end-to-end service to ensure that even during the hustle and bustle of Christmas, our customers leave with the perfect product.

Our Christmas opportunities are Fixed-term, and you will be required to work through the holiday period (September-November until Mid-January).

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - About the role

This is a casual role with no fixed hours.

As one of our Christmas Team Members, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our customers, assisting with their purchases and queries. We have two different role types available:

• Customer Service Rep - Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
• Sales Consultant - On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

As a Customer Service Rep, your responsibilities will include:

• Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases
• Processing refunds and managing any queries
• Running exciting promotions to engage customers
• Assisting your fellow team members where needed

As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Selling our wide range of tech products
• Building relationships with our customers
• Keeping the store presentable

You will be someone who brings:

• A friendly, approachable nature
• Display a positive, can-do attitude
• Have the flexibility to work from September-November until Mid-January, including weekends.
• Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
