This is one of two Data Engineer roles in the Customer domain - working closely with the Senior Data Engineer and your fellow Data Engineer to deliver a reliable, well-structured customer data layer that enables analytics across our Beauty and Nutrition businesses.\nWhat you'll do:\nEngineering Delivery\nBuild and maintain data pipelines in the Customer domain under the direction of the Senior Data Engineer\nWrite clean, well-documented SQL and Python code that meets the team’s standards\nSupport the monitoring and resolution of pipeline issues\nContribute to data quality checks and validation in the Customer domain\nLearning & Development\nDevelop your understanding of the Customer data domain - CRM, acquisition, identity and marketing data flows\nLearn and apply engineering best practices\nTake on increasing responsibility over time\nCollaboration\nWork closely with both Data Engineers and the Senior Data Engineer in the Customer team\nSupport analytics teams with data requests and pipeline queries\nWhat skills and experience do I need for this role?\nEssential\nSome experience or strong foundational knowledge in data engineering - Python and SQL are essential\nUnderstanding of data pipeline concepts\nCuriosity and drive to develop as a data engineer\nAttention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable work\nAbility to work collaboratively within a small team\nDesirable\nExperience with GCP, BigQuery or equivalent cloud data platform\nExposure to customer or marketing data environments\nFamiliarity with version control (Git) and orchestration tools\nWhat’s in it for me?\nCareer Development\nAccess bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.\nContinued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.\nEnhanced Leave\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nDon’t want to work on your birthday?
