Capabilities include:\nIn-house market knowledge & trends\nEnd-to-end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch\nTechnical, commercial and production expertise\nOutstanding customer service\nAbout the Demand team and the Role\nThe Demand Team is a core part of the Commercial Team at THG Labs and is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Creating, and maintaining forecast models for the S&OP process incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, customers, and other sources.\nReporting to Demand Planning Manager, the Demand Planner is responsible for managing the forecasting and demand planning for a portfolio of customers. Specific role requirements\nAs a Demand Planner you will:\n\nDevelop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.\nLead the planning process with the customers to understand demand forecast drivers.\nReview historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.\nPrepare the Demand Dashboard, including Revenue and KPI performance for the monthly S&OP Process\nProvide insight to support the product lifecycle for new products, and product phase-outs.\nUse and maintain the Demand Planning software, enter and modify data and ensure the correctness of product hierarchy, monitor trends in forecast error\nPrepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process\nInteract with our sales and product teams and to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.\nCommunicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues and managers.\nTake reasonable care for the health and safety for yourself and other persons who may be affected by your work\nTo cooperate with regards to all company health & safety measures, following H&S training when using equipment\nReport to a person in authority any work situation which may represent a serious or imminent danger to health & safety or any shortcomings in the protection arrangements to health & safety.
