Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.\nAbout the Role \nAs Maintenance Lead, you’ll play a central role in keeping our fulfilment operation running safely, efficiently and reliably. Working closely with the Engineering and Facilities Site Manager, you’ll lead the site’s planned and reactive maintenance activity while shaping the technical agenda and building a culture of continuous improvement. \nThis is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys balancing the demands of a fast-moving operation with the opportunity to develop long-term reliability strategies. You’ll use modern maintenance systems and techniques to improve equipment availability, reduce recurring failures and help our engineering teams perform at their best. \nWhat you’llbe doing \nSupport the development and delivery of the site’s maintenance strategy. \nLead a reliability-focused approach using TPM, RCA, RCM and FMEA. \nDeliver monthly improvement plans that increase equipment reliability and availability. \nUse CMMS data and failure analysis to identify root causes and deliver lasting solutions. \nCoordinate the response to live plant issues, ensuring risks are managed and actions are followed through. \nOwn effective weekly and monthly maintenance planning, including preventative maintenance compliance and backlog management. \nMonitor, analyse and report weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring results are shared with key stakeholders. \nCoordinate planned maintenance outages and engineering events. \nBuild team capability through structured development in asset knowledge and maintenance processes. \nSupport the delivery of engineering excellence across your areas of responsibility. \nComplete risk assessments and manage Permit to Work processes. \nManage third-party engineering and maintenance contracts effectively. \nSupport budget management, forecasting and annual budget planning. \nDeputise for the Engineering Manager when required. \nWhat We’relooking For \nTime-served engineering experience and a minimum HND qualification. \nAt least three years’ experience in an engineering management or supervisory role. \nStrong leadership and people-management skills, with previous experience managing a team desirable. \nExperience working with maintenance planning systems and CMMS platforms. \nA strong understanding of health and safety, with a minimum IOSH qualification. \nExperience deploying, managing and auditing CMMS processes. \nA practical understanding of modern maintenance and reliability techniques. \nExcellent communication, organisation and computer skills. \nA proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement and innovation. \nThe ability to respond quickly to operational priorities while maintaining focus on longer-term improvement. \nBenefits \nEnhanced leave \nEnhanced maternity and paternity pay, depending on length of service. \nUp to 10 days’ compassionate leave. \nThe option to buy back up to three days of annual leave each year. \nTwo days’ volunteer leave after 12 months’ service. \nWellbeing support \nFace-to-face and virtual appointments with our in-house GP. \nAccess to an in-house CBT therapist. \nA 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme provided by Bupa. \nState-of-the-art on-site gym. \nOn-site physiotherapy. \nAdditionalperks \nSave up to 12% on personal technology through our salary sacrifice scheme. \nSubsidised bus service from Warrington city centre to our Omega site. \nUp to 50% staff discount on THG brands. \nOn-site staff shop. \nAccess to an on-site barber. \nRefer a successful candidate and receive up to £1,000 once they pass probation. \nAnniversary gifts after five and ten years of service. \nTHG Ingenuity is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
