This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, HR systems, reporting and process improvement while working closely with stakeholders across the business.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a point of contact for data, reporting and HRIS queries.\nProduce accurate scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across the organisation.\nExtract, clean and transform data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis.\nRefresh and quality-check dashboards to ensure information remains current and reliable.\nAnalyse people data, highlighting relevant insights.\nConduct regular data audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies in people systems.\nSupport automation and process-improvement initiatives that reduce manual administration across the People Team.\nSkills and experience\nEssential skills and experience\nBe inquisitive and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas (VLOOKUP’s etc.) and data manipulation. Experience with Power Query, PivotTables or dashboard reporting would be advantageous.\nAbility to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nAbility to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDesirable skills and experience\nExposure to Power BI or a similar reporting or visualisation tool.\nAwareness of automation capabilities, such as Power Automate.\nComfortable using AI tools to support Excel analysis, reporting or basic coding.\nTHG Ingenuity is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
