Delivered via a proprietary SaaS and Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, THG Fulfil orchestrates every stage of checkout, fulfilment, delivery, and customer experience through an integrated system. \nTHG Studios: The UK's most innovative creative hub, helping brands create content that connects, experiences that engage, and IP that scales, all from its end-to-end, in-house facilities. \nTHG Commerce: A cloud-native technology stack enabling retailers and brands to create intelligent, AI-powered, digital shopping experiences, while integrated marketplace and social commerce functionality allows brands to reach customers across every sales channel \nWith its expertise in building and scaling brands, THG Ingenuity is uniquely positioned to bring pertinent, pragmatic, and global know-how across all aspects of commerce. \nThe Role\nWe’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support growth across THG Ingenuity.\nThis is a high energy, high impact role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships and opening doors with senior decision makers. \nYou’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for our commercial teams.\nThis is a brilliant role if you want to learn proper sales fundamentals, work in a fast paced environment and build a strong career in tech/ecommerce/operations led solutions.\nWhat You’ll be doing: \nGenerating new pipeline through outbound activity (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)\nBooking qualified meetings with relevant decision makers\nResearching and targeting accounts aligned to our ICP\nRunning discovery conversations to understand business challenges and priorities\nHandling objections confidently and building interest through value led messaging\nManaging follow up sequences and nurturing accounts over time\nKeeping CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps and pipeline hygiene\nWorking closely with BD’s, Marketing and wider teams to align on campaigns and priorities\nContinuously improving your activity and conversion through coaching\n\nThis role suits someone who is:\nGenuinely hungry to build a career in sales\nConfident speaking to senior stakeholders on the phone\nCommercially curious - asks great questions, not just “pitching”\nResilient and competitive\nOrganised, proactive and consistent\nExcited by the creative/content world and can speak with energy\nExperience (We’re Flexible)\nYou could be:\nA current SDR/BDR looking for a stronger brand and clear progression path\nFrom a sales/recruitment/hospitality/customer facing background and ready to go into outbound\nEarly in career or graduate but extremely driven and coachable\nOutbound experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matters most.\nTHG Ingenuity is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
