This role sits within one of our dedicated satellite sites, where teams work with precision, pace, and pride to consistently deliver outstanding results.\nA bit about the role... \nWhere you'll be based: Brighter Foods Ltd, Pendre Industrial Estate, Tywyn LL36 9LW\nWhat hours you'll work: 4 on 4 off - Days\nWho you'll report into: Technical Coordinator\nWhat will your day look like: \nGMP & fabrication audits, checking & reporting adherence to QM policies & procedures \nGlass & brittle plastic audits \nCollecting Micro samples as per schedule (Water, Hygiene Swabs, Finished Products)\nCollection, check and filing of all daily production & QA check sheets\nConduct daily label checks to ensure traceability\nCalibration of weighing scales\nCarry out temperature and quality checks\nUpdating and maintaining accurate Quality Management documentation records\nHandling internal enquiries and escalating within the team where required\nCentrally file and archive a wide range of documentation including all, reports, investigations, and other quality documentation.\nForm part of the internal auditing team\nIssuing Certificates of Analysis/Conformities, where required \n\nThe right person for the role will have: \nEffective communication skills, listening, influencing and persuading skills at all levels\nTime Management\nExperience working within a food manufacturing environment is desired but not essential\nFlexibility with working hours to meet business needs\nConfident PC skills\nHACCP trained (desired but not essential)\nQuality Assurance experience (2+ years, desired but not essential) \n\n What's in it for you:\nTailored onboarding and induction process\nAccess to bespoke L&D development programmes\nCompany discounts\nEnhanced parental leave scheme*\nAccess to virtual GP\nAccess to 24/7 Bupa Employee Assistance Programme\nRefer a friend scheme\nAnd more...\nTHG is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
