These people are integral to the smooth running of the business; ensuring everyone is paid on time, that materials are sourced and arrive promptly, that we meet our legal obligations and that our health, safety, and security is safeguarded. \nAbout Internal Audit Team and the Role\nThe THG Internal Audit team operates globally and covers all areas of the Group including, but not limited to, Finance, Commercial Finance, HR & Payroll, Procurement, Online Retail, Marketing, Customer Services, Logistics, Warehousing, Health & Safety, Security, Regulatory Compliance. The Audit team also operates across all Business units; Nutrition, Beauty, OnDemand, Luxury, Experience and Ingenuity.\nAs a Senior Manager within Internal Audit, you will be joining a team of high performing individuals, responsible for providing assurance across the Group that risk taking is controlled, mitigation strategies are in place and that guidance is provided where required to reduce risk exposure.\nReporting to the Director of Internal Audit, Risk & Insurance, you will need to work in an agile manner to deliver the Board-approved Internal Audit plan across the Group’s global footprint, whilst also undertaking a wide variety of value-adding advisory and consulting engagements, alongside regular management requests from the Executive team.\nYou will get exposure to every part of the organisation, you will liaise directly with the Executive team, your responsibilities will continue to increase, and your development opportunities will have no limits. Internal Audit at THG has an excellent track record of development and progression into senior roles.\nAs a Senior Manager in Internal Audit you will:\nDeliver the Internal Audit plan, which includes audits globally and across all areas of the Group including, but not limited to, Commercial Finance, Procurement, Technology, Retail, Marketing, Customer Services, Logistics, Warehousing, IT & Shared Service functions.\nBe expected to travel in this role.\nGet regular exposure to Senior Management and the Executive team, and will often report directly to these senior stakeholders.\nBe expected to form your own judgements, make decisions and stand behind these when challenged.\nProvide identifying new areas of internal and external risk\nConduct and developing audits in new and dynamic areas\nMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group to ensure audit findings and recommendations are implemented, all whilst navigating the day to day challenges presented by a fast-moving business.\nPresent audit findings in written reports and meetings with the Senior leadership teams.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Internal Audit processes\nDevelop individual audit engagement programmes and internal methodology\nProvide on-going support and advice to the business, both proactively and where requested by management.\nDevelop genuine relationships and trust with key business stakeholders whilst maintaining professional standards and ethics\nRequirements:\nEssential:\nPrevious Internal Audit experience\nACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification (and minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience)\nAdvanced Excel\nAbility to build strong relationships quickly, promote engagement and maximise the effectiveness of Internal Audit with the business.\nForward thinking, highly motivated, strong minded and ability to be adaptable with directional changes and ambiguity.\nLine management and leadership skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style to the situation\nExperience in discussing contentious matters, influencing key stakeholders to achieve outcomes, negotiating actions and deadlines, managing difficult conversations.\nDesirable but not essential\nCIA qualifications\nExperience in data analytics, BI skills, SQL reporting and Tableau\nExperience auditing IT systems and software\nWhat’s in it for me?\nCareer Development\nAccess bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.\nContinued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.\nEnhanced Leave\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nDon’t want to work on your birthday?
