These values shape how we work every day.\nWhy be a Supply Planner at THG Nutrition?\nAs a Supply Planner in THG’s Nutrition & Wellness division, you’ll be at the heart of a rapidly growing function, influencing the availability of raw materials and shaping the supply processes of one of the fastest-growing sports nutrition brands in the world. With access to career progression, personal development programmes, and exposure to a wide range of projects, joining THG will give you unique growth opportunities you wouldn’t find anywhere else.\nAs a Supply Planner, you’ll:\nEnsure raw material availability across THG’s Nutrition manufacturing sites.\nLiaise with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules in line with inbound capacity.\nProduce regular reports on current and forecasted stock positions, highlighting potential shortages.\nAlign with production and demand planning teams to ensure forecasted and actual usage align within tolerance.\nRaise purchase orders covering long-term contracts in line with demand.\nIdentify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.\nWhat skills and experience do I need for this role?\nStrong numerical and reporting skills, particularly in Excel; SQL experience desirable.\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently using initiative.\nPrevious experience in a supply chain or commercial environment advantageous.\nUnderstanding of e-commerce desirable.
