These people are integral to the smooth running of the business; ensuring everyone is paid on time, that materials are sourced and arrive promptly, that we meet our legal obligations and that our health, safety, and security is safeguarded.\nAbout the Role and THG\nAt THG we have a long-term goal of leaving the world better than we found it by utilising our unique capacity for innovation and incorporating sustainability into every decision we make. \nWe are recruiting for a data-driven Sustainability Co-ordinator to support delivery of the Group’s sustainability strategy, driving down carbon emissions to support net zero goals and embedding sustainability into decision making across the Group. The role will have responsibility for calculating GHG data, identifying opportunities for reduction and supporting with verification and reporting of THG’s carbon footprint. In addition, they will take ownership for delivering key projects to support embedding of THG’s sustainability and regulatory commitments. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Sustainability. \nResponsibilities:\nConducting data analysis to support report production with a focus on: Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions calculations, and to support the production of SECR disclosures, TCFD and other ESG disclosures and assessments.\nLead cross-functional projects and support embedding of the Group’s sustainability strategy to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.\nCollaborate with colleagues across THG to embed sustainability across the Group. \nContinuously review and analyse our sustainability/ESG performance to identify gaps and drive improvements across the organisation.\nMaintain knowledge of relevant ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements, including ISSB, UK SRS, CRSD, ESOS etc \nRequirements:\n1+ years of work experience from working in the field of sustainability \nExperience in GHG analysis and reporting across scopes 1, 2 and 3\nExcellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal \nAbility and confidence to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels\nExcellent project and time management skills and can operate in an environment of high ambiguity, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making \nAbility to work independently \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage and analyse complex data sets to produce reports \nGood knowledge of THG’s own brand products and complex business structure - preferrable\nExperience using a variety of AI tools to increase efficiency and identifyprocess improvements - preferrable. \nWhat’s in it for me?\nCareer Development\nAccess bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.\nContinued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.\nEnhanced Leave\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nDon’t want to work on your birthday?
