Your Role
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Think Academy, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bellevue campuses and serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support and respond to general inquiries
- Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and classroom transitions
- Provide classroom and administrative support to teachers and staff
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming campus environment
- Support daily campus operations and events as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Responsible, reliable, and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment
- Able to lift 25+ lbs (11+ kg)
- Previous experience in customer service, education, administration, or a front desk role is preferred
Working Schedule: Tue - Fri: 15:00 - 19:00; Sat & Sun: 9:00 - 18:00
