Our learning centers value collaboration, professionalism, and continuous growth.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Learning Center Manager to support daily operations and help create a welcoming, well-organized learning environment for students and families. In this role, you will work closely with the Center Manager and HQ teams to assist with administrative operations, tutor coordination, and overall learning center support.\nThis position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in education operations and leadership within a growing organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nCenter Operations & Student Experience\nSupport daily center operations to ensure smooth class scheduling and flow\n\nServe as the primary front-desk contact for students and families, providing a professional and welcoming experience\n\nAssist in monitoring student progress and family satisfaction\n\nSupport administrative tasks such as scheduling, materials preparation, and resource organization\n\nGrowth & Community Engagement\nAssist with local marketing initiatives, including community events and school outreach\n\nSupport center growth by building strong relationships with families and encouraging student retention and referrals\n\nTeam Coordination & Support\nAssist with tutor onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination\n\nHelp organize internal communications and operational updates\n\nContribute to a collaborative, professional team culture\n\nQualifications\nFriendly, dependable, and detail-oriented\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nInterest in education and working with families\n\nBased in the Bay Area and available for in-person work\n\nExperience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus\n\nBachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) preferred\n\nGrowth & Development Opportunities\nAt Think Zone, we support long-term development.
