If you have experience in education, tutoring, student services, or another people-focused role, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!\nAbout Think Zone\nThink Zone Learning Center, part of TAL Education Group, provides in-person K-8 math enrichment programs designed to help students strengthen their academic foundations, build confidence, and develop a lasting interest in learning.\nWe believe great learning experiences start with passionate educators, supportive families, and strong teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Learning Center Manager, you'll oversee daily center operations while building positive relationships with students, parents, and your team.\nLead & Support Your Team\nCoordinate and support tutors to ensure a positive learning environment.\n\nAssist with tutor onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day team coordination.\n\nFoster a collaborative, welcoming, and student-focused center culture.\n\nBuild Relationships with Families\nServe as a primary point of contact for parents and students.\n\nCommunicate with families about programs, student progress, and learning needs.\n\nAddress questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.\n\nManage Center Operations\nOversee daily center activities, scheduling, and administrative processes.\n\nMaintain an organized, safe, and welcoming learning environment.\n\nWork with the broader operations and teaching teams to continuously improve the student experience.\n\nSupport Center Growth\nIntroduce programs to prospective families and help them find the right learning opportunities.\n\nSupport student enrollment, retention, and parent referrals.\n\nParticipate in local outreach and community engagement activities.\n\nPrevious sales experience is not required. We'll help you develop the program knowledge and enrollment skills needed to succeed.\nWho We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\n\nStrong spoken and written English communication skills.\n\nFoundational K-8 math knowledge and confidence discussing elementary and middle school math concepts.\n\nRelevant experience in education, tutoring, student support, or a related field.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.\n\nOrganized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.\n\nWillingness to learn center operations, enrollment processes, and team management.\n\nPreferred, But Not Required\nExperience coordinating teams, schedules, or daily operations.\n\nBackground in customer service, community outreach, or family engagement.\n\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience.\n\nExperience with student enrollment or educational program management.\n\nWe value potential as much as experience. You don't need to check every preferred qualification to be considered.\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase Pay: $30/hour.\n\nAdditional Earnings: Enrollment commission and performance-based
