This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector. \nJob Responsibilities:\nSource and screen potential candidates through various channels ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants for multiple job openings\nAssist in the coordination of interview processes, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback\nCollaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS and company logs \nAssist in the development of job descriptions and postings over platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc. \nSupport HR initiatives and projects as needed by the team \nJob Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required\nEagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process\nStrong sense of discretion and confidentiality\nMilk tea connoisseur! \nThink Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
