Our programs are designed with research-based pedagogy and delivered by experienced educators.\nAbout This Role\nWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Management Trainee to join our San Jose team.\nThis is a full-time role that combines classroom teaching, academic operations, teacher training, and instructional leadership. You will teach Think Academy's elementary ELA courses while also helping improve teaching quality, support and train other teachers, and contribute to the day-to-day operation of our ELA teaching team.\nThis role is ideal for an educator who loves teaching but is also interested in growing beyond the classroom.
