Enrollment & Consultation\nGreet and consult with walk-in or online parents to understand student needs. \nPresent Think Academy programs and recommend appropriate classes or learning paths. \nSupport placement tests and trial classes, and guide parents through the enrollment process. \nFollow up with potential families to maximize conversion and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. \n 2. Front Desk & Parent Communication\nServe as the first point of contact for parents and visitors - in person, by phone, and via email. \nHandle class scheduling, student check-in/out, and inquiries with warmth and efficiency. \nMaintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-desk environment. \nCoordinate with teachers and operations teams to resolve classroom or scheduling issues. \n 3.
