This isn't a traditional administrative role-you'll have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day business of a growing education center, build relationships with local families, lead a team of You'll Own\nCenter Operations & Leadership\nTake ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of the Redwood City center\nManage scheduling, classrooms, learning resources, and overall center organization\nRecruit, onboard, coordinate, and support tutors with guidance from HQ\nBuild a positive, accountable, and collaborative center culture\nStudent & Family Experience\nBuild strong relationships with students and families\nServe as a key point of contact throughout the student journey\nMonitor student progress and partner with families to support learning outcomes\nCreate a welcoming and engaging experience that keeps families connected to Think Zone\nEnrollment & Center Growth\nHelp prospective families understand Think Zone's programs and learning approach\nSupport trial classes and convert interested families into long-term enrollments\nBuild relationships with local schools and community organizations\nSupport local events, outreach, referrals, and other
